American Vintage 1960s/1970s UK Size 10 Amazing Black Open Back Gold Applique Detail Culotte Style Palazzo Occasion Jumpsuit

Brand - Unbranded. The only label I can see is a ILGWU label. This particular label was used on garments between 1963-1974. (It is located on the back seam below the zip)

Condition - Good vintage condition for its age. A few little marks to the lining - but you can't see this when the jumpsuit is on. There are also a few of the little faux pearl beads missing. But you could easily take all those off and just have the gold applique. 

 This is a fabulous piece. Perfect for a special occasion or event. These are getting so much harder to find in good condition like this one is. Especially the more special occasion fancy ones! I am so pleased to have been able to add this to one of my drops. 

It is black, made from a sort of crepe feeling fabric. Not sure what the composition of it is as there are no other labels. 

It has a v-neckline to the front of the jumpsuit and an open back at the rear. 

Fastening with a metal zip and two hooks and eyes. One located at the top of the zip and the other at the back of the waist. 

It has beautiful gold applique detailing at the waist with gold beads and studs. There are also some faux pearl beads as mentioned above. I was wondering if this detailing had been added at a later date but you the stitching for the applique work isn't visible and is behind the lining, so, most likely original.

With very very wide palazzo wide leg trousers which do look like a dress when on. 

It is fully lined, even the "trousers".

Please note that the jumpsuit is being shown pinned to fit the mannequin.
