Vintage 1940s Size 14 Gorgeous Ivory Satin Shawl Collar Wedding/Occasion Maxi Dress

Condition - good vintage condition for its age. There is a little bit of a flaw on the edge of the left side of the collar and another on the side of the skirt. See additional pics.

Has been freshly laundered so is ready to wear.

This gorgeous 1940s wedding or occasion dress is understated yet so beautiful and feminie.

It is made from an ivory satin fabric.

It has a shwal collared v-neckline with wide lapels. 

Fastening to the front of the bodice with three fabric covered buttons. 

It also fastens to the side of the dress with 6 more fabric covered buttons.

It has 3/4 length sleeves with turn up cuffs. 

With a tie back fastening at the waist. 

It is maxi in length and unlined. 

Please note that the dress is being shown pinned to fit the mannequin.
