Vintage 1950s CAROLYN UK Size 10 Dark Red Floral Satin Jacquard Bow Detail Pleated Prom Party Rockabilly Dress

Condition - good vintage condition for its age. Some slight signs of wear to the half belt at the back of the waist and the lining does have some age related marks which you can't see from the outside of the dress. 

This lovely vintage party prom dress is made from a dark red satin jacquard fabric with a floral pattern. A good quality fabric. 

It has a wide square neckline with wide shoulder straps. 

It is sleeveless and it fastens to the back of the dress with a metal zip and hook. 

It has a large bow on the front left side of the waist with a half belt at the back that fastens with a hook. 

It has a knee length gather pleated skirt and it is lined from the waist down with a cream gauze stiff lining. As mentioned the lining does have some age related marks to it but this doesn't effect the outside look of the dress.

Please note that the dress is shown pinned to fit the mannequin.
