Condition - Great vintage condition.
This fabulous vintage turban hat is made from what feels like a polyester fabric.
In brown & cream animal/leopard print.
A bit more of a structured hat on the inside with pleated turban outer layer.
It is bigger than the mannequin head and that has a circumference of 22" (56cm) so I would say max 25"
