Vintage 1960s PEGGY FRENCH COUTURE UK Size 8 Green Two Piece Occasion Dress Suit

Brand - Peggy French Couture

Condition - Good vintage condition. There is some light discolouration to the lining under the arms of the dress. It shows through the chiffon outer layer a little bit. See additional pics. Have reflected this in the price. 

Has been freshly laundered so is ready to wear. 

This gorgeous vintage suit it made from 100% polyester in a dark sage green.

It is a two piece suit comprising dress and jacket. 

The dress has a high neckline with fold over collar and 9 loops to the front, graduating in size. 

It fastens to the back of the dress with a zip and hook fastening. 

It has long chiffon sleeves with button fastening cuffs. 

The bodice of the dress is chiffon over inner sateen shell. 

It has the original belt at the waist. 

With a below knee length, straight fitting skirt that is lined. 

With the matching jacket that fastens to the front with three buttons. 

It is lined and also has some discolouration to the lining under the arms. You can't see this from the outside of the jacket. 

It is labelled as a UK Size 12 but the measurements are bringing it up more like a size 8.

Please note that the suit is being shown pinned to fit the mannequin.
