Vintage 1960s WALTAH CLARKE'S UK Size 12 Beautiful Neon Orange Yellow & Green Floral Print Ruffle Detail Hawaiian Maxi Dress

Brand - Waltah Clarke's.

Condition - Great vintage condition.

Has been freshly laundered so is ready to wear. 

Waltah Clarke moved to Hawaii from LA in 1939. He was fascinated by Polyneisan life and eventually decided to bring Hawaiian designs to mainland American and opened his first store in Palm Springs in 1952. His wife, Gretchen, whom he married in 1954, went on to design many of the prints used in their garments.
They went on to own 31 stores and the last one was only sold in 2001, with Clark dying the following year.

This beautiful vintage maxi dress is made from 100% acrylic. 

It is a vibrant neon orange, yellow & green bold floral print. 

It has a scooped neckline with ruffle trim detailing. 

It is sleeveless and fastens to the back of the dress with a zip.

It is maxi in length, empire line in style and unlined.

Just so beautiful for summer and from a good collectable label.
