Vintage 1980s LAURA ASHLEY UK Size 8 Dark Green & Black Velvet & Tafftta Party Prom Dress

Condition - Good vintage condition apart from one small hole in the skirt which you have to look very closely to see.

Labelled a UK Size 12 but as always with Laura its coming up smaller at size 8.

This fabulous party/prom ballgown is made from a dark green embossed taffeta fabric.

With black velvet cotton mix bodice.

It has a square neckline with a zip fastening to the back.

The bodice is boned for shape and structure.

It has short very puffed sleeves with elasticated shoulders (Sides of the neck) and small black velvet bow detailing on the cuffs.

It has a very full prom style skirt that is embossed with a floral pattern.

Midi in length.

Lined with black tulle and sateen lining.

Please note that the dress is shown pinned to fit the mannequin.
