SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We do accept returns, for an exchange or credit note.
If you decide that you would like to return something to us for any reason, you must let us know within 14 days of receipt of the item that you wish to return. The item must then be received back with us within another 14 days. Giving you a MAX 30 days in total to return the item. After 30 days has passed we are under no obligation to refund, exchange or issue a credit note. You as the buyer are responsible for return postage costs.
All returns should be sent back unworn with our Secret Parlour tag still attached, if there was one on the garment. (My tag gun is very temperamental!)
I would politely ask that you please consider how difficult returns can be for small businesses before you ask to return something. They are often the number one reason small businesses fail. Instead of returning, could you possibly re-sell it yourself? Or gift it to a friend of family member? Cash flow can be very tight for a small business and, an influx of returns can sometimes mean the difference between being able to buy stock, or, pay ourselves a wage. We don't have the cash reserves of the big brands or high street chains. I will never not accept something you want to return, but please just bear in mind how challenging it can be.
We aim to ship all orders out within 48 hours, but often it is next day.
International customers please note that you are responsible for any taxes and customs charges due in your own country and most times there will be something to pay. Please be aware of this before ordering.
