Good vintage condition for its age.

Definitely homemade from a navy blue rayon fabric. 

It has a cross over v-neckline to the front of the dress. It has a little press stud

With short to mid length sleeves with shirred shoulder detailing and homemade, make do and mend shoulder pads! 

It fastens to the side of the dress with four fabric covered buttons. 

With a midi length, flared skirt that is unlined.
