Condition - good vintage condition for its age.
This gorgeous original 1940s party dress is made from a black sateen acetate fabric with a black velvet trim.
It has a sweetheart neckline to the front with a black velvet halter strap that slips over the head.
It has subtle ruching to the front of the bodice.
Fastens to the side of the bodice with a metal zip and five hook & eyes.
It has a below knee length very full swing prom style skirt that is unlined.
Gorgeous for a Christmas party.
