Vintage 1950s CALIFORNIA COTTONS Size 6 White & Green Check Print Bow Detail Gather Pleated Dress

Condition - Great vintage condition for its age.

This gorgeous original 1950's dress is made from 100% cotton.

It is white with a green check type print.

It has a round neckline to the front of the dress and it fastens to the back with a metal zip and hook.

It has ten green buttons down the front of the bodice but they are for decoration only and don't actually fasten anything up.

It has short sleeves with underarm gusset, typical of the era.

It has green piping trim at the waist with a small bow detail. The bow isn't adjustable, it is fixed in place.

It has a below knee length gather pleated very full skirt that is lined from the waist down with cotton calico type lining.

Please note that the dress is being shown pinned to fit the mannequin.
