Condition - Great vintage condition.
Keyes is a Canadian jewellery maker who was based in Montreal, Quebec. They were active from the late 1950' through the 1990s. They specialised in high end costume jewellery. Their earlier pieces are highly collectable these days as not many of them still exist in good condition.
These earrings date to the late 1950s. They were probably made for the tourist market with having a maple leaf set in the centre.
They are made from silver tone base metal and have screw back fittings.
Set to the centre with a mother of pearl disc and a marcasite maple leaf.
With pierces openwork border that gives it a Victorian-revival feel.
Signed Keyes on the back of the screw backs.
They measures just under 2cm x 2cm.
