Condition - Good vintage condition.
Has been freshly laundered so is ready to wear.
This romantic blush pink open fronted housecoat/peignoir is so lovely.
There are no labels in this one to be sure what it is made from. It feels like a very soft silk feel polyester rather than real silk. With a woven square pattern within the fabric. Almost like jacquard.
It is an open fronted piece so it might have been part of a two piece set originally.
With pintuck pleating to the front of the shoulders.
With lace trim detailing.
It has long sleeves with elasticated cuffs and lace trim.
I'm not sure of the age of this. I think likely late 1970s. But it could be older. Its hard to say. It is beautiful, the pics don't do it justice.
Mid length.
