Vintage Early 1960s CARNEGIE OF LONDON Size 12 Bottle Green Velvet Bow Detail 2 Piece Dress & Jacket Suit

Condition -good vintage condition. There is a small mark to the front of the bodice but it is just about hidden by the end of the bow. The bow does have a few little tiny pinhead size marks to but you can only see then very very close up. Would probably benefit from a dry clean. See close up pics.

This is a gorgeous 2 piece dress suit comprising dress and matching jacket.

No composition labels in this piece so not sure what it is made from. It is has an ever so slight ribbed feel to it and is like a soft cotton jersey feel.

The dress has a collared neckline with a large green bow to the front of the neck.

Fastening to the back of the dress with a metal zip and hook.

With short sleeves.

It has a green patent belt at the waist - not sure if this is original but its a great match and fit and was with the dress when it arrived with me.

It has a below knee length skirt and is unlined.

With the matching jacket that fastens down the front with buttons and has mock pockets.

Please note that the dress is shown pinned to fit the mannequin.
