Condition - Very good vintage condition. .
This gorgeous vintage hat is a sort of a cross between a pill box and a beret.
It is a green velvet fabric with stitch detailing giving it a cord effect.
With tassel detailing to the top of the hat.
Label says 100% cotton velvet.
Lined with a black sateen lining and a binding trim around the inner rim.
It has a circumference of approx 21" (54cm)
