Vintage 1970s AMAZING One Size Black & Gold Stripe Print Very Wide Sleeve Occasion Evening Kaftan Maxi Dress

Condition - good vintage condition.
Has been freshly laundered so is ready to wear.
This lovely vintage kaftan is made from a silk jersey polyester fabric in black & gold stripe print.
It has a slash style neckline and it slips on over the head.
It has very very wide sleeves.
With a black tab and gold buckle to the front of the waist.
On the inside of the waist it has an elasticated strap. That will stretch up to a size 16 (up to 36") and does add some shape to the front of the waist if you use it as a waist band.
If you don't use the waist strap that it is one size.
Maxi in length and unlined.
Please note that the dress is being shown pinned to fit the mannequin.
Vintage sizes often come up smaller than modern day sizes. For this reason we measure each of our garments and estimate the modern day size of it based on today's fashion industry standards.
