Vintage 1970s GUNNE SAX Size 6/8 (US 13 On Label) Beautiful Ethereal Cream Lace Prairie Boho Midi Dress

Brand - Gunne Sax

Condition - Good vintage condition. 

This beautiful mid 1970s Gunne Sax is made from a beautiful fine cream net and lace fabric. The composition is 100% nylon for the net & lace and 100% acetate for the lining. 

It is not quite as dark cream as it looks in the photos. The studio lights were making it look a bit darker. If you look at the close up pics, this is more the true colour 😊

This is such a lovely ethereal romantic dress. It would make a gorgeous wedding dress for a vintage or Edwardian/Victorian revival wedding. 

It has a scooped neckline with lace frill collar. 

Fastening to the back of the dress with a zip.

With delicate blue & green floral lace trim detailing. 

It also has little pearl buttons down the front of the bodice but these are for decoration and don't actually fasten anything up. 

It has long sleeves with deep fitted cuffs that fasten with 6 buttons and have lovely lace trim detailing. 

It has satin ribbon lace trim down the front of the bodice and a peplum waist detail.

The dress is midi in length with a flowing skirt that has beautiful movement. 

Lined. 

It is labelled a US size 13 but is measuring as a UK size 6/8.

An absolute beauty and the pics don't do it justice at all.
