Condition - good vintage condition.
Lovely maroon red fluffy wool - no labels but it will be mohair or angora. Likely mohair although it is very soft and feels lovely.
It has a v-neckline and fastens down the front with 5 fancy buttons.
With short sleeves.
Lined.
These are meant to be worn over sized so would probably work on most frames up to size 14.
