This cute vintage dress is made from a silky, stretchy polyester fabric in rainbow stripe print.
It has a v-neckline, slips on over the head and is sleeveless.
It has an elasticated waist.
With a mid length flared skirt that has pleats to the front.
Lined from the waist down.
