Condition - In great vintage condition.
Now this is a WOW dress is ever I saw one!
It is made from a black velour type velvet fabric that does have some stretch to it.
It has rounded scooped neckline with black & green iridescent rooster feather trim.
It has a low scooped back and fastens with a concealed bra strap, zip and hook fastening.
With long sleeves.
It is a figure hugging bodice down to the hips, and then it flares out in a fish tail style with a black sateen skirt that is double lined with a layer of net and then another lining under that.
Just absolutely breath taking and good enough for the red carpet!!
