Vintage Early 1970s RARE Designer COLIN GLASCOE UK size 8 Pretty Cream Floral Print Cotton Pinafore Style Maxi Dress

Brand - Colin Glascoe.

Condition - Good vintage condition. 

Has been freshly laundered.  

This is a very collectable rare label these days. It is by Colin Glascoe. He was a British fashion designer at the height of his career in the 1960's. Well known as a resort wear specialist who was highly acclaimed for his "Gypsy" prints and bold bright florals. This is a prime example of one of his Gypsy prints. 

Made from a gorgeous cotton fabric in cream. It has such a pretty coral green & dark yellowy beige floral print. 

It has a round neckline to the front of the dress with vertical pleating down the front. 

It fastens to the back of the dress with a zip and hook fastening .

With open pinafore style sides to the bodice. 

It fastens to the back of the waist with a tie back fastening. 

Maxi in length and unlined. 

Gorgeous for the summer and a really collectable piece to add to any collection.
