Vintage Late 1970s GUY LAROCHE DIFFUSION Designer Size 8-10 Blue Tennis Racket & Balls Novelty Print Pleated Smock Dress

Brand - Guy Laroche, Diffusion. Paris.

Condition - Good vintage condition. 

Has been freshly laundered so is ready to wear. 

Guy Laroche was a French designer who started out his career as a Milliner in Paris, and then New York. He returned to Paris and started his own Haute Couture house in 1957. The diffusion label dates to the mid to late 1970s.

This lovely dress is made from a viscose type fabric in a dusky blue shade. 

With a red purple & green tennis racket and tennis ball novelty print. 

It has a scooped neckline to both the front and back of the dress. 

It slips on over the head with shoulder straps. 

The dress is a smock/trapeze style with pleating down the middle of the dress at the front and back. 

It is midi length, loose fitting at the waist and hips. 

Unlined. 

A really cute little casual day dress.
