Condition - good vintage condition with some light signs of tarnish.
Not entirely sure of the age, I think likely 1980s.
It is made from a silver tone base metal in a dull matt finish, rather than shiny silver.
Metal chocker that fastens with a hook at the back.
With a scalloped design with three metal swirl danglers.
Approx 34cm circumference.
